The stubborn Yat Kin insists on carrying the burden for her, and his bullheadedness takes a toll on his relationship with pathology specialist, Lokman (Lawrence Ng ).Yu eventually suffers a miscarriage and also gives up her studies on cardiothoracic surgery.
